【Important Notice】 Membership Cancellation for Members Who Have Not Used Our Services for 3 Years

Thank you very much for your continued support of JR Hotel Members.

In accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1 (3) of the Membership Terms and Conditions, JR Hotel Members will gradually begin the membership cancellation process for members who have not used JR Hotel Group services for three years since their last use.

■ Start Date
The process will begin gradually from 8 June 2026.

■ Re-registration
If your membership is cancelled and you wish to use our services again, please register as a new member through the JR Hotel Members official website or the JR Hotel Members app.
